• All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing and sent to
[email protected]• A full refund of the registration fee will be issued if we receive your written cancellation 30 days or more before the class or training is scheduled to begin.
• No refund of the registration fee will be issued if we receive your written cancellation less than 30 days before the class or training is scheduled to begin.
• It sometimes becomes necessary for DOT Training Solutions to cancel classes or training events. If DOT Training Solutions cancels a class or training event, you will be refunded your entire registration fee within 30 days of the cancellation.
Lodging
• Client is responsible for obtaining their own lodging. DOT Training Solutions does not make reservations or have any influence over hotel rates.
